Welcome to Dancing Plate. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Dancing Plate provides a subscription-based mobile and web application designed for parents and families to support healthy eating habits in children ages 3â8.
Parents and guardians create and manage accounts, configure child profiles, access family nutrition insights, set goals, and manage subscriptions. Children may interact with certain age-appropriate educational and gamified features of the service under parental supervision.
Dancing Plate is intended to be managed by parents, guardians, or other authorized adults. All account creation, subscription management, billing activity, and access to parental insights are handled by adults.
Children cannot create accounts, purchase subscriptions, manage payments, access billing information, or enter into any commercial relationship with Dancing Plate.
Dancing Plate is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions may only be purchased and managed by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time on your iPhone or iPad from Settings â [your name] â Subscriptions.
We take children's privacy seriously. Parents create and manage all accounts associated with the service. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts, purchase subscriptions, or access billing functionality.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent where required by law. Our service is designed to be used by parents and families in accordance with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR-K where applicable.
