Dancing Plate subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google, depending on where you subscribed. Because the store handles all billing, refunds are requested and processed directly through Apple or Google, not through us.
🍎 Requesting a refund
All Dancing Plate subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple reviews and issues refunds. We don't have the ability to process them ourselves. Request one directly from Apple:
🔄 Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
